Hurricane Florence spoiled our plans in 2018 for the 10th Annual Buddy Run, but we want to blow you away in 2019 with a new, improved Buddy Run! It will be the same course with lots of fun, food and fitness for your family! Run with a friend (there's a reason it's called the BUDDY run) and your family and enjoy the camaraderie as you stroll or run through a friendly Heritage/Wake Forest neighborhood.

BUT MOSTLY, run this year because this is one of the primary fundraising events benefitting the North East Wake Backpack Buddies (NEWBB), and everyone who participates can make a difference by helping to provide weekend meals and snacks to children who might not otherwise have food on the table.

The event is stroller-friendly and pet-friendly so don't worry about getting a babysitter or dogsitter - we don't want anyone in the family left behind!
