DESCRIPTION:Hurricane Florence spoiled our plans in 2018 for the 10th Annual Buddy Run\, but we want to blow you away in 2019 with a new\, improved Buddy Run! It will be the same course with lots of fun\, food and fitness for your family! Run with a friend (there's a reason it's called the BUDDY run) and your family and enjoy the camaraderie as you stroll or run through a friendly Heritage/Wake Forest neighborhood.\n\n\n\nBUT MOSTLY\, run this year because this is one of the primary fundraising events benefitting the North East Wake Backpack Buddies (NEWBB)\, and everyone who participates can make a difference by helping to provide weekend meals and snacks to children who might not otherwise have food on the table.\n\n\n\nThe event is stroller-friendly and pet-friendly so don't worry about getting a babysitter or dogsitter - we don't want anyone in the family left behind!
