This panel will cover various hormone, nutrition and mental health pieces women experience through all walks of life as well as lifestyle pillars you can implement to help improve negative symptoms. You will leave empowered through education and ready to embrace changes with tips on how to elevate your whole health.
This event will include time for breakfast and networking before the panel begins and will save time for questions at the end.

Hajira Yasmin, M.D. FACOG, IF, NCMP, AASECT(CSC), is a Board-Certified OB-GYN with expertise in sexual medicine being an AASECT certified Sexuality Counselor and NAMS (North American Menopause Society) certified Menopause Practitioner. She has obtained sexual medicine fellowship in women’s health with ISSWSH (International Society for Study of Women’s Sexual Health) and postgraduate training as Sexuality Counselor from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
She specializes in treating perimenopause, menopause hormonal balance, sexual dysfunction in women, vulvovaginal disorders including vulvo-vaginal pain, skin disorders of vulva, pelvic pain and restoring physical intimacy during survivorship care after cancer and conditions like fibromyalgia, diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune disorders and any other chronic illness.

Margot is the owner and founder of Shute For Wellness, LLC - Functional Health Coaching. She received her holistic health certifications and training through Trinity School of Natural Health and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition©. She is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition© Practitioner.
Margot helps women in midlife overcome nagging symptoms while navigating hormonal changes, so they can reclaim their joy, regain energy, feel confident in their clothes again, and thrive on the other side of 50. She coaches clients 1:1 using a highly customized coaching and consulting philosophy, and empower clients to figure out what's behind their troublesome symptoms, weight gain and fatigue, using a functional and holistic approach, so that we as a team can get them on a path towards the most optimal wellness and feel their best.
Pam Perkins, PsyD
Perkins Counseling and Psychological Services, LLC
Dr. Pam Perkins earned her master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College Graduate School in Wheaton, Illinois. Her undergraduate degree in Theology and Education is from Concordia University, River Forest, Illinois.
Dr. Perkins has extensive experience in conducting psychological assessments as well as therapy. Dr. Perkins has special training in working with bariatric surgery candidates, immigrants needing mental health evaluations, and issues specific to older adults. As a Christian, she also enjoys incorporating spirituality in her work with individuals who are interested in the treatment of this nature.
