• Discussion: “Is it luck or is it strategy?” (Debunking the myth of luck in success)
• Activity: Luck Ladder – Write down a goal and list three small steps to “create” your own luck.

• The legend of the Blarney Stone = The gift of eloquence and confidence.
• Group coaching exercise: handling challenges that will come your way with confidence

• Challenge: Each participant commits to one bold action within the next week.
• Accountability partners or group support discussion.
