About 80% of Americans experience back pain at some point in their lives. Sometimes one small movement can cause back pain for weeks. Yoga is an extremely effective activity to help strengthen back muscles, alleviate back pain, and aid in the prevention of future injuries. An added benefit of certain poses that focus on back mobility is that they also provide opportunities to open through the heart space. Join me as we lengthen, strengthen, twists and open to a healthier back and an open heart!
