Coffee Club: Government Affairs Committee Takeover with topic: Building Your Business
Our Government Affairs Committee is taking over coffee club! Join us for a panel discussion on how to build your business when you are ready to expand into Commercial Property. Attendees will have the option to network and enjoy coffee club and/or attend the panel.
This event is sponsored by Focus Design Builders and will provide an educational opportunity for small business owners as your growth requires space to serve your clients. Topics will include owning your own building, leasing, building a space, and working with the requirements of the Town's Planning Department. Our panel of experts will include Courtney Tanner with the Town of Wake Forest, Jonathan Williams with Focus Design Builders, and Mehdi Hilmi of Kima Commercial.
