About the Role

Mechanical HVAC Services is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our Warehouse and Parts Delivery operations. This role is the "backbone" of our service and installation departments, ensuring our field technicians have exactly what they need, when they need it. You will oversee the organization and distribution of all HVAC equipment and materials to keep our operations running smoothly.

Standard Duties

• Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming equipment and material shipments; manage inventory counts and tool tracking.

• Crew Support: Stage "job boxes" with all necessary parts for installation crews to ensure efficient morning departures.

• Field Support: Deliver critical parts directly to technicians in the field to minimize downtime and keep projects on schedule.

• Shop Oversight: Maintain a clean, organized shop environment.

• Fleet Safety: Monitor and document fleet maintenance records and perform vehicle safety audits.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.

• Ability to handle the physical workload associated with a warehouse environment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for part deliveries).

• A proactive "team-player" attitude.
