Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and replace commercial HVAC equipment.

• Execute routine preventative maintenance programs.

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests with professional urgency.

• Interpret HVAC wiring diagrams and adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Commercial Service Technician (Required).

• Skills: Strong troubleshooting/critical thinking and familiarity with wiring diagrams.

• Certification: CFC Universal Certification (Preferred).

• Schedule: Day Shift (Required), with flexibility for Night/Overnight shifts as needed.

• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% (Preferred).
