Carla Payne is the founder and owner of Aging Care Matters, an aging services organization providing care coordination and adult day services for older adults and their families. A Certified Care Manager, Carla oversees three adult day centers in Wake Forest and Durham that provide engaging daytime care and respite for family caregivers. Recognized for her leadership in the aging space, Carla works with families, healthcare providers, and community partners to help navigate the complex decisions that come with aging, memory loss, and long-term care planning. She is passionate about building compassionate communities that support both older adults and the people who care for them. Through education, collaboration, and advocacy, Carla is committed to expanding awareness and access to quality aging services throughout the region.
