Office Administrator
Edward Jones is seeking an Office Administrator for a branch in the Wakefield/North Raleigh area. We believe building strong relationships with clients helps us provide exceptional personal service. As a highly visible member of the team, the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) is essential to that process. You and the financial advisor work closely with clients to help achieve their goals - all the while, you're achieving yours.
Responsibilities include: delivering personalized service to ensure clients are understood and informed; actively listening for situations in clients’ lives that indicate a need for additional services; and taking an active role in the business planning process. The desired skillset includes customer service abilities, strong initiative, effective written and verbal communication skills, and critical thinking capabilities.
