About Our Workshop Facilitator: 
Tisha Lowe is a proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, including John Deere, L’Oréal Cosmetics, and IBM, Tisha has honed her expertise in digital operations, process improvement, and productivity management.

Tisha is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) from the Digital Marketing Institute. She also holds a Master’s in Advanced Project Management from Villanova University.

As a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator, Tisha is passionate about empowering individuals and teams through impactful training and development programs. She specializes in creating tailored strategies that enhance leadership effectiveness, improve team dynamics, and drive measurable outcomes. Leveraging her certification as a DISC Behavioral Consultant, Tisha equips leaders with tools to foster collaboration, navigate change, and achieve organizational success.

In her role as CEO of TBL Solutions, Tisha leads strategic growth initiatives that help organizations streamline processes, boost productivity, and achieve peak performance. Her ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans makes her a sought-after trainer and mentor.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tisha is deeply committed to community service and leadership. She serves as Vice Chair of the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Wake Forest Chamber Foundation, and a member of the Planning Board for the Town of Rolesville. Tisha is also an active member of the Raleigh Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
