This month, WBA is featuring a panel discussion with women's health experts entitled "Well women from head to toe: Let’s get real!" Panelists will discuss different aspects of women’s health and wellness at various ages. Moderated Q&A for each participant will be followed with plenty of time for your questions.

Janie Hoag, RD, LDN
Dietician, Custom Fit Nutrition and Wellness, LLC
Janie earned a master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University. She has over 10 years of experience as a dietitian in a private practice setting and specializes in adult weight management and diabetes. Women’s health is her passion.
Kayce Hodos, LPC
Owner/Therapist, Kayce Hodos LPC
Kayce has her master’s in education and counseling from Winthrop University and has owned her practice for more than 10 years. She specializes in providing individual and group counseling for women and new moms.
Lorraine Miano
Health Coach and Author
Lorraine is a health coach and the author of Making Menopause Magical. She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was trained in more than 100 dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
Danielle Vaughn, DPT
Co-owner, PhysioFit of North Carolina
Danielle is a doctoral-level trained physical therapist who specializes in treating vestibular impairments, post-op rehabilitation, sports training, and women’s health including pregnancy and postpartum. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a vestibular specialist, and a certified women’s health specialist.
Cassandra Elder
Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), City of Oaks Midwifery
Cassandra works with a group of three CNMs who provide full scope midwifery care which includes well woman primary care, contraception, preconception care, pregnancy, birth and postpartum care. The care for women across the life continuum from adolescence through menopause.
