8 Week Basic Training Boot Camp!
AM Program: 5:30am - 6:30am
PM Program: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
The Basic Training Boot Camp is a 8 week military style, group fitness program that "progressively" becomes more challenging each week. The program incorporates a wide variety of military exercises, functional training, strength training, plyometrics, HIIT, and cardio.
The program is comprised of four (2 Week) phases. There are three, (40-60 minute) workouts per week; 6 workouts per phase, 24 workouts total in the program. Two identical programs will run every 8 weeks simultaneously - A morning session and an evening session.
*This is NOT a class but a program. Admittance is not allowed after week 1 of phase 1.
Why Two Separate Programs?
The Basic Training Boot Camp, true to its name, as it is modeled after the Army Basic Training. Members are encouraged to remain with the program and the group they start with, to foster camaraderie, teamwork, accountability, and commitment over the 8-week period. "You may start as a group of strangers but will finish as a team of comrades".
