DESCRIPTION:All female business professionals who are members of the Wake Forest Chamber are invited to attend Women Business Owners Alliance functions. \n\n\n\nThis month\, we're having "Ask the Expert." Ann Close\, president and owner of Close HR Connections\, a full-service Human Resources coaching and consulting firm in the Triangle area\, is our guest speaker. Ann will lead a discussion on employee hiring techniques   whether it's your first employee or your 100th   including topics such as recruiting and interview techniques and key elements to ensure that you make a good hire.\n\n\n\nAnn is a Senior HR Coach/Consultant with over 20 years experience as a distinguished HR Generalist. Close HR Connections\, founded in 2009\, provides support to growing start-ups and small and medium-sized businesses in need of  fractional\, as-needed Human Resources support as their businesses and organizations evolve. Close HR embodies Ann's fundamental beliefs in integrity and faith-based leadership\, hard work\, honesty\, character\, helping others and building long-term relationships. \n\n\n\nProviding practical\, hands-on\, boots on the ground HR services\, Ann and her team provide support throughout a variety of industries--landscaping\, software technology\, healthcare\, hospitality\, non-profits and more.
