Come join us and enjoy some refreshments. \n\n\n\nNourish Studios is the only Boutique Fitness and Wellness Studio in the area. Our main goal is community. We want to serve the women in our area with an inclusive fitness and wellness facility that offers a variety of group fitness and Lagree Miniformer classes. Nourish plans to provide education on all wellness matters\, not just fitness. Join us for Variety\, stay for Community.\n\n \n\nWe also plan to hold our Grand Opening Reception on the evening of April 19\, 5-7pm. Stop by and see our facility\, meet our trainers and explore your newest community member!
