DESCRIPTION:Writing a simple business plan is daunting. Many small business owners don't need a fancy 40 page plan but they do want and need a road map to help them understand how their business makes money.\n\n\n\nThis three part workshop will do just that. Over three Thursdays in the evening\, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own business plan with hands on exercises\, a template to guide you\, and fellow business owners via Zoom.\n\n\n\nAttendees should plan to join from a computer and be active participants for this highly interactive sessions. Make sure you have access to Google Drive ahead of our sessions as we will be working from Google Documents and Sheets together.\n\n\n\nThis second session will cover how to identify your:\n\n\n\nBusiness expenses & calculate them\n\nYour key metrics.
