The key to operating a successful business is to establish and maintain meaningful and purposeful connections that will translate into the trust and loyalty you want from existing and potential customers. People buy from people so the relationships you build and sustain will have as much, or more, of an impact on the success of your business than the quality of the products and services you provide and sell. In this workshop, attendees will learn the benefits of establishing connections and methods to build and retain a client base that will lead to overall success and profitability.

• To evaluate current methods to acquire clients and customers
