2015 Economic Development Forum
Join us for the 2015 Economic Development Forum for a discussion of the state of our economy in Wake Forest. During the forum, we'll highlight accomplishments from this past year and present goals for the future. Keynote Speakers Pat Riley, president and chief operating officer of the Allen Tate Company, and Moss Withers, broker with NAI Carolantic Realty, will speak about real estate development trends in Wake Forest and the region.
Pat Riley, president and chief operating officer of the Allen Tate Company, will discuss residential development trends. A real estate industry veteran since 1972 and with the Allen Tate Company since 1992, Riley provides strategic direction for all aspects of the 57-year-old company as the region’s industry leader. Moss Withers with NAI Carolantic will discuss commercial development trends. Withers joined NAI Carolantic in 2009 following his MBA schooling at North Carolina State University. His commercial real estate experience began many years prior working with Preston Development Company on commercial development projects and through the management of several multifamily projects throughout North Carolina. Withers brings new ideas to the business and has quickly established himself as a dedicated award-winning broker working with clients in the Triangle as well as from Greensboro to Wilmington. Withers currently specializes in land, office and investment properties.
