Self Defence and Awareness Seminar for Children and Adults. Register now for all upcoming events.

February is half price for all females no age restriction. 

Classes are given at our dojo in Wake Forest. Children classes and adult classes are held at different times. 

Seminar will cover awareness training for women and children.

Basic Hand to Hand combat techniques will be given to everyone in attendance.

You will leave this seminar with an understanding of how to protect yourself.

Our curriculum is approved by the United States Marine Corps and is listed on my Teachers military record.
